I kicked off this week&#8217;s episode of BLTN with a look back on Friday&#8217;s Pittsburgh Penguins game and how it was the most fun I&#8217;ve had an Oilers game in quite some time. Not only did I have a blast with the boys, but we even ended up at the casino together afterward in the hopes of great wins. I also spent a few minutes talking about the World Series and the insane moment that happened in last night&#8217;s game when a Yankees fan tried to pull a ball out of Mookie Betts&#8217; hand.

While that timeline isn&#8217;t as bad as it could have been for our captain, the Oilers will need a bunch of players to step up in his absence. Finally, I wrapped up this quick episode of BLTN with a Righteous Sack Beating about other fanbases cheering for injuries before wrapping up the show with another round of voicemails. The inbox was quieter again this week, but that didn&#8217;t mean you fine folks didn&#8217;t still make me laugh anyway.
